<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">1</span>Acceptance of Terms</h2><p>By creating an account on Unity Nation Blockchain, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">2</span>Account Registration</h2><p>You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person is permitted. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">3</span>Daily Rewards</h2><p>Registered and activated members receive $0.20 per day for 100 consecutive days. Rewards are credited automatically and are subject to account activation status. Unity Nation reserves the right to modify reward structures with notice.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">4</span>Referral Program</h2><p>You earn $1.00 for each Level 1 referral who is activated by an admin. Multi-level bonuses apply at varying rates across 7 levels. Referral manipulation, fake accounts, or self-referrals will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">5</span>Marketplace</h2><p>Marketplace access requires 5 active referrals. All transactions are between members. Unity Nation is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we provide a chat mechanism for resolution.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">6</span>Merchant Terms</h2><p>Merchant registration fees are non-refundable. Merchants must provide accurate business information and valid documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Unity Nation administrators. Merchants must fulfil all orders in good faith.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">7</span>Withdrawals</h2><p>Withdrawals are processed to your BEP20 USDT address. You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. Unity Nation is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">8</span>Prohibited Activities</h2><p>You may not create multiple accounts, use bots or automation, manipulate referral systems, engage in fraud or money laundering, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations result in permanent account termination.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">9</span>Limitation of Liability</h2><p>Unity Nation is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, cryptocurrency volatility, user error, or platform downtime. Use the platform at your own risk.</p></div>
<div class="legal-sec"><h2><span class="num">10</span>Modifications</h2><p>We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.</p></div>
